Ideology: Radical transparency, ethical governance, anti-political dynasty, citizen participation, and merit-based leadership
Membership Requirement
- Signed and Notarized Statesman’s Affidavit (2025): A legally binding document where candidates voluntarily declare their campaign promises, with measurable obligations and resignation penalty for non-compliance.
- Self-Imposed Political Dynasty Limit: Members must commit not to pass government positions to their legal heirs or spouses, and to avoid appointing family members to key positions. Maximum of one family member in elective position per election cycle.
- Mandatory Participation in the City Mayor Fair Debate Framework (2025): A zero-cost, unscripted public debate system designed to filter out unqualified candidates and allow voters to evaluate them based on substance, not money or connections.
- Public SALN Requirement: Members must publish their Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN), in accordance with the 1987 Constitution, redacting sensitive information as needed for privacy.
