Proportional School Construction Act (Proposed)

Description

A law mandating school infrastructure based on the number of out-of-school youth and adults.

Purpose

To ensure every Filipino citizen has physical access to quality education.

Rationale

Many remote municipalities and provinces remain underserved by educational facilities, and a data-driven approach to school construction will close access gaps, reduce dropout rates, and support long-term national development.
