Night School Reform Act (Proposed)
Description
A law requiring all primary and secondary schools to be converted into extension schools of State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) at night to maximize infrastructure use.
Purpose
To double educational access for out-of-school youth and adult learners using existing public-school facilities.
Rationale:
Many school buildings remain unused after regular hours. Night use enables mass access to education without the need for new construction, making it a cost-efficient and scalable solution.
